When I first heard Art Jonak say "The truth is enough" from the stage of the Mastermind event in Orlando, Florida in November 2015, I knew I had just heard the name for my first blog. The phrase resonated deeply within me, it is so simple, but can be used for all life situations. While I truly believe that people know the truth when they hear it, the world in which we live is so filled with those walking in deception, both unintentional and well-meaning and intentional and misleadimg, discernment of the truth is quickly becoming a murky battlefield. I fear those that are just beginning to search for truth will find a ton of deception before hearing what is real.
     I am not one to stir up controversy, but to be honest, to change the way we think will require us to stir the waters until the waves of change wash over everyone. I am also not one to let anyone go about life with mistaken ideas or assumptions, and I am slowly realizing that some may be very interested, or may even be in need of hearing my thoughts. Validation is a beautiful thing in this world of so many opinions, I hope that I can provide that for even one person.
     I am hoping to write about many topics in this format, helping myself to navigate the crazy world that we are blessed enough to wake up in daily. Lord knows, as parents and fellow humans, the truths of this world provide enough writing materials for a lifetime! I am also the mother of two awesome girls, one of them special needs. I need this blog as a journal for myself, but I also hope that my experiences can help other parents out there as well to find their truths and be OK WITH THE TRUTH! After all, the truth is enough.
     I am praying God's provision over my words and thoughts as I write these entries, and praying peace and understanding over all who read these articles!
